This site is for those who want a full and enjoyable life, no matter what your age. Although I target much of my posts, videos, and podcasts toward my own generation, the Baby Boomers, the information here is applicable for anyone.

On this site you will find ways to stay fit, reviews of places we have been and you might think about going and ways to get there, or give you thoughts and ideas about doing what you want to do.

The point here is not to become millionaires, although that would be fine, but to enjoy life to the fullest with what we have, or by doing whatever it takes to do the things we want to do. It is about life by design. In other words, to design the sort of life you want and then live it!

A little about me.

I am Steve Thomas.

I have worked in the mental health field, business management and was plant superintendent for a large automotive supplier. I am currently a yoga instructor, minister, and writer.

I understand what it takes to succeed and what it takes to fail. I’ve done them both! I have made a lot of money and practically nothing. If I have learned anything it is that life is worth living and it is worth living large by my design and not by default.

My wife Michele (better know as Mick), and I enjoy playing music, traveling and just having fun! Life is a party and we party way too seldom; at least in the past. We are real people who have decided that we wasted way too much time and energy in the past doing the things we didn’t want to do instead of doing the things we did want to do.
