It feels so good to know you are not alone in the world. I haven't been to gym for nearly two months now and no matter who I pretend to miss it, it takes so much to get there. I also do the walk/run thing and try not to notice those who are moving non-stop at double my pace. Dedication ... no one can give it you but you ... thanks for reminding me!
