		<description>Good stuff Steve - I read &quot;Crush It!&quot; recently and Gary sure can get you excited! I agree with you that the 3am intensity requires a little balance to maintain sanity. In addition to your meditation efforts, what I find helpful is to try to keep my mind on the present moment. Walking down the street, I often find my mind wandering far away. I am not even really conscious of where I am and I am definitely missing smelling the roses. If I can catch myself - and I am getting better - I remember to return to the present moment, see the beauty around me, and appreciate it all - now.</description>
